Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American singer-actress. Her most well-known role was the role of Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). In addition, she played the leading role of Jerrica Jem Benton on the film Jem and the Holograms (2015). Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary, Florida by her parents Wendy Ashley and Wendy Ashley. She has a sister called Ally. Aubrey worked with Orlando Repertory Theatre ten years in her teen years. Aubrey is a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School and was awarded valedictory honors for the class of 2012 after she graduated. Harvard University initially accepted her application, but they later voted to permit her another entry since she was chosen to play "Nashville". Peeples was a part of Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally And Ally and Austin & Ally & Ally & (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) & NecessaryRoughness (1991) as guest star. The actress was also seen in the television movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective and The Good Mother. She played a prominent role for the Nashville series in which she played Layla Grant. Peeples spoke about her bipolar condition during an interview she conducted the magazine NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples among the top actors aged under twenty years of age in September 2014.
